Self love ☺️? I feel like I woke up on wrong side of bed this morning, I felt so gross and was being so negative towards myself. I haven't been as active with working out as I used to be and that's put me into such a negative headspace, but after taking these pictures I realised I shouldn't be so hard on myself and the negative thinking was really the only thing making me feel bad about myself! You don't look as "bad" as you tell yourself you do! You are your own worst critic, just remember that! Try and practice being kind to yourself, even on days you feel your absolute worst, trust me, it helps so much! Before I started loving my body I would've looked at the right photo and deleted it instantly and thought that I'll never have a "nice body" because of 1 photo, but now I look at it and appreciate how far I've come with self love and knowing that having a tummy that's not flat is completely normal, nobody sucks in and poses their tummy in all the time! I know I say these things a lot but I feel like it helps me and some of you to constantly reassure that we're all in this together *sings hsm song* and that we got this! We're all beautiful in our own way! We all have different bodies and we all have bad days, but even on your down days you have to remember that you are absolutely gorgeous and you are worthy. Don't be too harsh on yourself, you're doing your best and you're doing amazing! And you should be so proud of yourself. I hope you have the amazing day that you deserve to have! ?☀️ —————————————— . . . #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #lazysunday #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #dowhatyouwant #progressnotperfection #beforeandafter #bodyimage #flexing #bikinibody #bootybuilding #vegansofig #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #weightlifting #selflove #youarebeautiful #veganfitness #fitnessmotivation #honesty #screwthescale #weightlossjourney #beyou #beconfident #selfconfidence #embraceyourself #loveyourself

Beauty ? This idea of beauty we have currently Is so odd. Who decides what's beautiful? It's not some checklist that you go through and suddenly can qualify for. Should one have flawless skin, a lean body and groomed body hair to be considered beautiful? No. Because that idea of beauty is non existent. Nobody in reality has that 24/7. Beauty is not some elite group that only some people can join. I currently don't shave my leg or armpit hair because it's cold where I live, my skin is breaking out and I do not, nor ever will have a lean tummy with 0 skin folding or minimal amounts of fat. That's the reality. Yet some people constantly still judge each other and hate on each other for having these things. I see so much hate nowadays on social media and it makes me so upset. Please don't be one of those people that tears others down. What's the point. What do you gain from it? Does it make you feel better when you comment these things on people's posts? Do you ever think why? I'm sure everyone has something they're insecure about. So let's just make the world a slightly better place and STOP SENDING HATE COMMENTS because it's really not necessary to be rude. We all have our own problems to deal with and you never know what someone's going through, please consider that before you say things that could hurt someone. Also think about that when you say hurtful things to yourself. There's no point in being rude towards yourself. Learn to love yourself because you are an amazing person and you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. As long as you're doing your best, you're doing an amazing job. ?☀️ —————————————— . . . #bopowarrior #bodypositivity #bodyimage #lovemybody #bodyhair #beyourownkindofbeautiful #armpithair #beconfident #hairyarmpit #selfloveisthebestlove #embraceyourself #selfesteem #beautystandards #tummy #hairy #loveyourself #ilovemybody #bikinibody #lawofattraction #personalgrowth #growthmindset #helpothers #bethechange
