just out here tryna quietly grow my ? apple emoji and not peach bc hip dips. which i didn’t even know were a thing until someone told me i had them a few months ago. and i was like oh ok shi u right. and then people started talking about them on SM and i was like heck yeah its just our anatomy and the way our damn bones are constructed, not a lack of hard work in the gym! maybe i’ll never have that perfect hourglass unless i get fat injected or some crazy tomfoolery which i’ll let ya know about if i did ever decide to, but i’m okay with them right now. also i’m broke/all my money goes to @thiccbruce. so i gotta accept and love em ??‍♀️ . kinda like every insecurity, u never know you have them until someone tells you that you do or you learn that a trait you have is something society deems worth being insecure about. kinda like in high school when a girl made me realize in front of an entire class that i had a speech impediment that i apparently had been living the last 15 years with. learning about the hip dips were cool but that girl who told me about my speech is on my shit list. <3 …………………………….. “vlog”/dumbbell only glute workout is about to be on my youtube channel in T-10 minutes after i create a fire thumbnail. ah, the artistic process. ……………………………. new gymshark releases/restocks (I’ll put my link in my bio before the launch, use the link to shop if you wish! my link is also always in my Youtube descriptions! ?) ✖️19th April 2017✖️ New Releases: Fit Tracksuit in black, charcoal, and purple (I wear a small in the hoodie and sweatpants! go true to size) Apollo T-shirt in grey, turquoise, purple, and cranberry and RESTOCK in the black & navy (I like to wear these knotted up so I wear either a small or medium!) LAUNCH TIME: 3 PM UK time, 10 AM EST, 7 AM Pacific.

‼️ HOLD UP let's talk about hip dips for a minute ?? As you can see from this picture and many of my other pictures I have preeeeeetty large 'hip dips'.. This is where my leg/hip area comes in just before my quad starts.. I thought these lil dips were unique to me until I read the gorgeous @sjamesfit this morning all about how they're actually a huge insecurity to loads of women!! I then went on to google hip dips and read all about how they're seen as a bad thing for women and some people even go as far as to have fat injected into them to smooth them out ???? WELL I sure as hell wasn't about to add another thing onto my insecurity list ?✋?✋?✋? If anyone else has these cute ass hip dips then you should rock them.. For 20 years I've picked at areas of my body I hate but not once did I pick up on these! A few years ago I would have read that article and suddenly felt insecure and wanted to change them. Now I don't give a poo what other people think looks good on women or not. I think they're cool. ? ? And yes growing my quads 17483 times bigger has probably made the hip dips even more prominent but quads are cool too. Conclusion: I'm cool. You're cool. Everyone's cool. Bye.
