So many of you have been reaching out with the most beautiful messages since sharing more of these ‘real’ type photos????????. If these help break the perception that most people have flat stomachs around the clock, then I’ll continue to post them ????????… even though they attract a lot of hate + strange comments (stay tuned for my stories on that later ???? book to come!!). – So, what is normal? I believe normal is defined differently by everyone, but if the vast majority of people experience what’s going on in these photos (which they do), then it’s pretty normal! Whilst bloating + water retention, expanding of the stomach and that full feeling may be common, ☝???? it can be related to a number of other things too – poor digestion, sensitivity to certain foods, water retention, your cycle, drinking water too closely to meal time, leaky gut etc… when we think of health, gut health is KING ????????. Bad gut = bad digestion, not absorbing nutrients from all that good food you’re consuming “you aren’t what you eat, you are what you digest” YES ????????????. – Shoutout if you experience this too? Let’s me normal, or abnormal together.. however you perceive it! ????????????⚡️⚡️

If we don’t challenge our thoughts, who will? Long post alert ???? It’s so easy to get caught up by what we see in social media land. Sometimes I feel like a fraud, I question how I can feel so strong and capable in the gym, but still seem to be storing fat all around my body. I read comments that tell me I’m goals, that I look amazing and I am SO grateful to each and every one of you ????????but I worry that what I’m putting out there is creating a false image of what I really look like ????. And that’s on me! I post photos of myself flexing, I CAN look like my photos, but my photos aren’t me ALL DAY ????????. – It’s so easy to fall victim to the likes you get here for showing abs, which then creates pressure (that I put on myself) to continue to look a certain way, so that one day when I do decide to start training people you put trust in my methods because I’m essentially a walking example ????????. But it’s become really important to me, to focus more on my head and less on my abs ???? – Do I feel better, worse or the same now as I did when I had 4% less body fat? Will reaching a goal ‘look’ make me happy? Will having a flat stomach which I’m probably not genetically capable of having remove the negative thoughts in my head or will they be replaced with new ones? These thoughts need to be challenged EVERY DAMN TIME ???????????????? #keepingitreal #realtalk #reality #instagramvsreality #truthbomb

Lighting. Is. Everything. 99% of pictures you see on social media are taken in the best possible lighting and that ain't no accident ? so when I got into the elevator with the lighting on the right, I zoned in on the cellulite on the back of my arms. Yes, cellulite on your arms is a thing! I've had it since the beginning of my journey and while it's lightened up since then, it's still not totally gone… because I'm human. Seriously, girls, stop thinking you're the only one with cellulite and that it's some kind of disease! Yes, it absolutely can be reduced through healthy diet, exercise and proper water intake, but another component which you can't control is genetics, and just being human. It's not bad to want to reduce the sight of cellulite just like it's not bad to want to lose weight and feel more confident overall, but don't set out to lose weight JUST to have less cellulite. It can be a cherry on top of all the other amazing benefits. If you ask me how to reduce the appearance of cellulite, my answer will be: healthy diet, regular exercise and proper water intake – that's it. I will not suggest creams or wraps or whatever else the current fad is because those are only short term fixes (IF that..) and perpetuate the idea that health/results can be found in a bottle/package. So, do I love the look of my arms on the right? No, but I don't hate it or myself for it, either. And you shouldn't either ❤️ #fbggirls #realtalk #cellulite #realstagram www.annavictoria.com/guides

SPANX I bought some Spanx about a year ago, hoping it would slim my figure and I could wear body con dresses. Do you know how uncomfortable these things are ? breathing was not an option! I felt tight, uncomfortable and restricted in the first photo. The relief of taking them off was amazing!! Don't be fooled by campaign ads and TV shows and those fabulous insta models. Spanx are created to give the illusion of a flatter stomach and smaller figure. You don't NEED them. I feel totally fine in the second photo, and I can breathe again! You don't need an item of clothing in order to love yourself. You don't need to wear a tight piece of material in order to wear a dress or top. WEAR IT ANYWAY. You are FABULOUS. You are FLAWLESS. You are BEAUTIFUL. Don't let any fucker tell you otherwise. Love your damn self! ❤

Same girl, same day, same time. ? Not a before and after. Not a weight loss transformation. Not a diet company promotion. ? I am comfortable with my body in both. Neither is more or less worthy. Neither makes me more or less of a human being. Neither invites degrading comments and neither invites sleezy words. ? We are so blinded to what a real unposed body looks like and blinded to what beauty is that people would find me less attractive within a 5 second pose switch! How insanely ridiculous is that!? ? I love taking these, it helps my mind so much with body dysmorphia and helps me rationalise my negative thoughts. ? Don't compare, just live for you. There is no one on this planet who's like you and that's pretty damn amazing don't ya think. The world doesn't need another copy, it needs you. ? We are worthy, valid and powerful beyond measure ?? (If you don't pull your tights up as high as possible are you really human?)

Pose e postura

‼️DIFFERENT KIND OF "KEEP IT REAL"‼️ I know some people are all done with the "keep it real" pictures so I thought I'd try a new one? I find this one kinda hilarious?chilling by the pool instagram vs real life? . Anyone familiar with the concept of having all "normal" legs when you're standing but as soon as you sit down they transform into huge piles of meat??? Why is it that those 2 sticks we use to walk expand to the size of Texas whenever they touch a chair?? . This is the most NORMAL thing ever yet us girls seem to be so self conscious about it? Hello! Your legs are being pushed against a surface, they are supposed to expand! This doesn't mean you're fat?? Even muscle will just look like a huge shapeless pile of meat when there's no flexing involved? If you don't want your legs to expand maybe invest in stone legs!⛰⛏ I'd choose marble ones??? . We've just lost touch with reality because on the internet all we see are those freaking hot dog legs? I am guilty of posting those too! Yet even I wondered on my last vacay why my legs were so "big" when I sat down. ? . Thought I'd take a good comparison pic and I'm pretty sure I've got a hernia now? Creating that thighgap & skinny legs feel was real hard? I had to arch my back like crazy, hold my legs up (serious ab work was involved) and had to sit on the edge of the pool which caused me to almost fall. Both my camera & I would have drowned in the sadness of insta perfection (I would survive the water though, I can swim!??) To people who do sit like this in real life; I admire your core strenght & willpower! . Yep, that's the truth behind poolside hotdog pics. Truth be told I'd much rather sit like that right pic whilst enjoying an actual hotdog? What is your fave poolside snack? Kinda wanted to hold a piece of watermelon whilst taking this but it turns out that's only for advanced instagram posing? I couldn't hold myself up, flex them abs, hold a watermelon & take pics at the same time? Guess I better start practicing for my next vacay!?? . Ps. I don't think there's anything wrong with the way my legs look in the pic on the right. Just showing you the difference! ? vs ? = both yummy??

? This is not a transformation photo ? This week I've decided to do the 30 second transformation photo. These pics were taken second apart this morning. On the left my posture is poor, I'm pushing my belly out as far as possible, I adjusted my bottoms to show my gross, unsightly and horrid love handles. These are often concealed by my high waisted pants and bottoms that do fit so much better now. As much as it pains me to showcase these, it also proves that my body isn't perfect and that I still have work to do and fat to lose (I'm working so hard to get rid of my love handles and lower tummy fat. Yes it has dramatically reduced already but it still exists and I'm still insecure about it). On the right I'm standing straight and comfortably. I'm lightly flexing and I've adjusted my bottoms to hide my love handles. I'm thankful for bikini bottoms that now fit well and hide these but I'm also trying to show that they still exist quite a bit and that not everything we see meets the eye here on social media. You can show you best angles and hide your flaws but at the end of the day what we chose to showcase is a reflection of ourselves. My body isn't perfect. I still have imperfections and flaws that I'm slowly learning to be comfortable with. I want to be real and honest and open. Yes I've accomplished a lot, but yes my body still has less than ideal days when it doesn't look its best. Fitness and health is not a fix. It's not a destination. It's a lifestyle. If you force your progress you know who you are cheating?! You. You only cheat you. Yes I like to show my best most of the time but I've also realized by not showing my worst that it only harms myself. Being vulnerable and imperfect is hard but lying to yourself is worse. I know I'm hard on myself, it's a flaw on its own, but I'm slowly learning to be gentle and kind but it starts with being truthful to myself and knowing and understanding my imperfections and realizing that, although they exist, they don't define me. I am not a before picture. I am not an after picture. I am not fat nor am I perfect. I'm flawed. I'm scarred. I'm insecure. But I'm learning and I'm hopeful that one day I'll fully love me ?

Flexionar o corpo

Me 1% of the time vs. 99% of the time. And I love both photos equally. Good or bad angles don't change your worth ❤️ I recently came across an article talking about how one woman stated she refuses to accept her flaws, because she doesn't see them as flaws at all. I LOVED that because it sends such a powerful message that our belly rolls, cellulite, stretch marks are nothing to apologize for, to be ashamed of, or to be obsessed with getting rid of! As I'm getting older, I have cellulite and stretch marks that aren't going away, and I welcome them. They represent a life fully lived (for 28 years so far :)) and a healthy life and body at that. How can I be mad at my body for perfectly normal "flaws"? This body is strong, can run miles, can lift and squat and push and pull weight around, and it's happy not just because of how it looks, but because of how it feels. So when you approach your journey, I want you to remember these things: I will not punish my body I will fuel it I will challenge it AND I will love it ??? If you're following my page, you're a part of helping me spread this message and creating this movement – thank you. #fbggirls #realstagram www.annavictoria.com/guides

〰 Some of you have seen this before. Some of you haven't. Some of you experience and go through this yourself once a month. Some of you will be disgusted. Some of you will sigh with relief and think -Omg I'm not alone. Some of you will not read this caption and presume that I'm pregnant. 〰 This is the visual signs of PMS for me and many other women. For some it's less extreme, for some it's more. Water retention is a very normal and common symptom of PMS. Some women will hardly notice it and some go through immense discomfort for a couple of days a month. It can start anytime between ovulation and your period. 〰 THIS ?? IS ?? NORMAL. This is nothing to be ashamed of. Yes – it is very uncomfortable, and yes – it is really difficult to not feel like you must hide it and try to suck your stomach in. I've stopped. I've decided that breathing is more important than what other people may or might think. I've decided that my body's reaction to the hormonal change is not going to be an aspect that I let contribute to my already unstable mental state. Because when I have PMS, I already feel like dying. And I've decided to love my body no matter how I feel about life. 〰 Do not blame your body for how you're feeling. It is never your body's fault. It is never anything wrong with how your body looks. Yes – your body might experience discomfort due to hormonal changes – so instead of making it worse through shaming your body, try doing the opposite. Realize that this is when you need extra self-care and self-love. Realize that you don't have to be ashamed and hide. You are perfect and your body is just doing it's job.

Roupa

#FakeBeforeAndAfterPhoto #StopFatShaming Im really sick of how women are made to feel like they need to look a certain way to be beautiful! I just took these photos within 3 minutes of each other, dont believe these photos that make you want to skip your lunch, they are just clever lighting and angles! For every 'good' photo there is always a 'bad' photo. A clever 'before and after' photo. Appreciate that your body allows you to wake up and live another day expressing feelings and the free will you have to do whatever you want. Live happy healthy lives, understand what you put into your body will show. If you feel like shit maybe the 2 cans of red bull the crisps and the 10 fags you smoked today wasn't the best choice. If you aspire to look like one of these bitches in the magazines think carefully about how they might actually look in real life, and how they had to get up an hour before you to pile on a few hundred quids worth of make up!!! #women #beautiful #anysize #anyshape #fake #fakephoto #fakebeforeandafter #loveyourself #beyou #thetruth #stopfaddiets #averageuksizeis16 #healthylife #beforeandafter #fitness #lookbeyondwhatyousee #beautyisntskindeep
