Mulher posta fotos nua em posições de ioga no Instagram

Um perfil misterioso no Instagram tem inspirado mulheres com os mais diferentes corpos a postar fotos em posições de ioga totalmente nuas. A conta Nude Yoga Girl já atraiu mais de 650 mil seguidores pelas fotos da atividade física com esse diferencial: a falta de roupas.

A modelo de 26 anos tem como objetivo inspirar outras mulheres a aceitar seus corpos do jeito que eles são, segundo matéria publicada no Daily Mail. A identidade misteriosa, que já revelou que sua primeira língua não é o inglês, explicou que a ioga a ajudou a amar o próprio corpo.

Agora, mulheres do mundo todo também postam fotos nuas praticando ioga com a hashtag  #NYGyoga, criada pelo perfil Nude Yoga Girl. Veja abaixo algumas imagens:

“8th of November 2015 The Journey begins. ❤️” Today it’s exactly two years when I posted this photo and started this account. I remember that Sunday when we were lying on the couch in our apartment. It was in the UK, where we were living temporarily at the time. We thought about a good name for the account… An account where we would add photos that we took a few hours before in the morning. ❤ Nude_yogagirl, spontaneous name and account. The same day, we added all five photos that we had taken without knowing what next. Captions were a sentence or two, photos taken in our new little home studio. I was just excited that I was able to create photos together with him that I liked and show nudity in a not sexual way. ❤ Creating new and different shapes with my body became my passion. Soon there were more of you and I started to share my story and thoughts with you in captions. How important this has been for me! I can’t even put in words this two years and all the feelings during it. Thank you that you are there and a speacial thank you to my boyfriend who supports me all the time and makes this possible.
